1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for faulty or damaged books only. If the books are in resellable condition (i.e., undamaged and unused), we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive a book with printing errors, significant damage, or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
2. How to Request a Return

To request a return or report a damaged or defective item, please email us at gregclementconsulting@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the damaged or defective books.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the books.
3. Refund Process

Upon receiving the returned items and verifying the condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item or damaged goods).
4. Non-returnable Items

Customized or personalized books (if applicable) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Books that have been used or damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return.
5. Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for a damaged or defective book, we can provide a replacement upon receiving the returned item.
6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
